Hi, I’m Suné

I’m a self-confessed mindfulness junkie.

My life’s work is to empower peri-menopausal women so that they can live with ease and confidence even in the midst of the hormonal storm of the change. 

  • I believe that our bodies are our wisest teachers
  • I believe that menopause is not an illness but a rite of passage 
  • I believe that women in this phase of their lives are sexier, more powerful and more divine than society give them credit for. 
  • I believe our bodies and minds are completely interconnected
  • I agree with Glennon Doyle who says: ‘Your body will tell you things your mind will talk you out of. Your body is telling you what direction life is in. Try trusting it’
  • I believe that if you have time to pause, to think, to be still, to listen, you will find the answers to how you should nourish and care for yourself, because only you hold the wisdom!

How to flourish and thrive in peri-menopause and beyond

Every woman’s menopause journey is different, but all of us need knowledge and support to make the right decisions for us with confidence. Regardless of which phase of the journey you’re at your circumstances are unique but the foundations of optimal mental and physical well-being are the same.
